Mission

AJAX F.C. Chicago is a not-for-profit organization founded by former World Cup soccer player, Dragan Pavlovic, for the purpose of developing talented youth soccer players and providing them the venue to play at the highest levels of competitive youth soccer, including the highest divisions of the Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) leagues, top local and out of state tournaments and state, regional, and national competition.
AJAX F.C. forms teams annually following spring open tryouts and senior boys tryouts in late fall.. Team formation and player selection is determined by Dragan Pavlovic and his professional coaching staff. Players are placed on teams where they are competitively compatible.

Philosophy

• AJAX promotes a "commitment to excellence" philosophy in its approach to training and coaching players.
• Talented, dedicated youth players accelerate their development in training sessions devoted to teaching them the skills and tactics necessary to play at the highest levels of youth soccer.
• Training sessions and game day coaching will be exclusively conducted by DMay 13, 2007 9:14 PM another highly qualified member of his professionally trained and licensed staff.
• Player positions and playing time will be determined by the training/coaching staff. Players are expected to have a high commitment level to their team, including during both the outdoor and indoor seasons.
• Within this highly competitive arena, AJAX seeks to provide its players a positive experience, enhancing their passion for the game of soccer and enhancing life skills through the experiences derived from playing competitive youth sports.
• Parents are expected to reinforce their players positive AJAX experience with active participation in their team and the Club, including meeting the clubs financial requirements.
